  • Headache.
  • Tired.
  • So tired.
  • Itchy-eyed tired.
  • Weights-on-my-shoulders tired.
  • Total of 10 hours sleep since Sunday.
  • Depressing monkey mind that won't shut up.
  • Can't. Fall. Asleeeep!
  • Taking a Tylenol PM now and will listen to my meditation CD.
